Every nanny we place:
• Has a minimum of three years of professional childcare experience
• Is CPR and First Aid certified
• Passes a thorough background check with a clean driving record
• Provides at least three strong childcare references
• Meets U.S. employment eligibility requirements
• Is committed to legal, professional employment
Each caregiver also participates in a face-to-face interview with our team, allowing us to personally evaluate their experience, character, and professionalism before introducing them to your family.
