Our part-time nanny placements offer families a consistent, long-term caregiver working up to 29 hours per week.

Our full-time nanny placements provide families with a dedicated caregiver working 30–50 hours per week, typically Monday through Friday. Your nanny supports your household throughout the day and departs in the evening.

This placement is ideal for families seeking support beyond childcare. In addition to caring for your children, your caregiver may assist with household tasks such as meal preparation, errands, and managing day-to-day household needs.

Our Nannies
To be considered for placement with Olive You Nanny Milwaukee, caregivers must meet the following minimum standards:
• Minimum of 3 years professional childcare experience
• CPR and First Aid certified
• Successfully pass a comprehensive background check, including a clean driving record
• Provide at least 3 childcare references
• Meet all U.S. employment eligibility requirements
• Minimum education requirement of a GED or equivalent
• Willing to be paid legally, on the books
• Complete an in-person interview with Olive You Nanny

You will receive a customized Family Nanny Work Agreement at the start of your placement, and our team remains available to answer questions, provide guidance, and offer support for the duration of your arrangement.
